Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized or custom products. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition with tags and packaging.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@brunoconceptstore.com.
